Reporting a member's death
If the deceased was a member of the ESPS Final Salary categories or the Retirement Balance Plan, you can let us know about their passing by downloading the form linked below and returning it to the pension administrator, Broadstone, using the details on the contacts page. If they were a member of the Uniper Pension Plan, please call Fidelity's Bereavement Line 0800 414116.

ESPS AGM 2025 update
A reminder that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme (ESPS) will be held on Tuesday, 18 November 2025 at 1pm.
While the AGM is not specific to the Uniper Group, or the other individual Groups of the ESPS, all Uniper members of the ESPS are welcome to take part. That includes both Final Salary and RBP members.
How to attend to the AGM
If you wish to attend the AGM, you must register at: https://fieldfisher-events.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_Qt_0RRF7T0mvB1BYEhulAQ#/registration
As in previous years, the 2025 AGM will be online. If you do not have internet access, you may be able to join by telephone and listen, but would not be able to vote or ask questions – so online access is recommended and preferred.

- the Auditors’ Report
- the report of the ESPS Trustee
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Copies of the ESPS Annual Report and Accounts, and the minutes of last year’s ESPS AGM, will also be emailed to members who have registered to attend this year’s ESPS AGM (see registration link above).
