Festive season Helpline opening hours

The Helpline opening hours for our ESPS pension administrator, Railpen, will be slightly different over the festive period.
Please bear this in mind if you plan on contacting us about your Final Salary or RBP pension.
This year’s opening dates are:
- Tuesday, 24 December – 8:00am – 12 noon
- Wednesday, 25 December – closed
- Thursday, 26 December – closed
- Friday, 27 December – 8:00am – 5:30pm
- Monday, 30 December – 8:00am – 5:30pm
- Tuesday, 31 December – 8:00am – 5pm
- Wednesday, 1 January - closed
- Thursday, 2 January – back open as normal 8am – 5:30pm
You can call Railpen on 02476 472 544 for any queries during the festive opening hours above. You can also email the Helpline at enquiries@railpen.com. Any emails you send through on the days the Helpline is closed will be picked up when it reopens and normal working hours resume.
