Railpen’s Helpline opening hours will be slightly different over the festive period. Please bear this in mind if you plan on contacting them.

This year’s opening dates are:

• Friday, 22 December – 8am – 12 noon
• Monday, 25 December – closed
• Tuesday, 26 December – closed
• Wednesday, 27 December – 8am – 5:30pm
• Thursday, 28 December – 08am – 5:30pm
• Friday, 29 December – 08am – 5:30pm
• Monday, 1 January – closed
• Tuesday, 2 January –8am – 5:30pm
