Our Helpline opening hours will be slightly different over the festive period. Please bare this in mind if you plan on contacting us.

You can call us on our Helpline number 02476 472 544 for any queries during the festive opening hours above. You can also email the Helpline at enquiries@railpen.com. Any emails you send through on the days the Helpline is closed will be picked up when it reopens and normal working hours resume.
If you have questions about your pension while the Helpline is closed, you can find lots of useful information across the website.
We are back to our normal opening hours 8:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday from Thursday, 2 January 2025.
