You never know what’s around the corner – your circumstances can change at any time and it’s important to tell us when they do. 
 
You can use the forms below to help you understand and manage your pension.
 
By keeping your records up to date, you can help avoid any mistakes being made and ensure we can keep in touch about any matters that affect you.

For instance, you should:
 

• keep your address records up to date
• name your chosen beneficiaries for any benefits paid after your death by filling in an Expression of Wish form
• tell us about changes to your relationship status
• notify us about the birth of a dependant child
