After 8 years with Uniper, Adrian Furnell, Secretary to the Trustees of Uniper Group of the ESPS, has decided it is time to retire.

During his time with Uniper, Adrian has provided support to the ESPS Trustees and to Scheme members, as well as, at times, also fulfilling the role of UK Pensions Manager. 

We would like to thank Adrian for his contribution over the years and to wish him all the best for his retirement. 

From 1 July, the role of Secretary to the Trustees will be undertaken by Muse Advisory, represented by Hana Bailey. Muse Advisory is an independent company that specialises in the provision of governance services to pension scheme trustees.  

Hana will be supported by Becca Downing, with the benefit of the wider team that sit behind them at Muse. 

Matt Bayes, Chair of the Trustees said: “We are sorry to be saying goodbye to Adrian, however Muse are well placed to support the Trustees in its management of the Scheme in the future, and to help us achieve good outcomes for our Scheme members."

Hana said "I am delighted to be taking on the role of Secretary to the Trustees. Becca and I are looking forward to working with the Trustees and other stakeholders to support the pension scheme and its members, and to build on all the good work to date."
