MND Selection Process 2023

Uniper Group of the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”)

Results of the selection of members as Member Nominated Director(s) (MND)

The Trustees of the Uniper Group of the ESPS thank all of the eligible members who were nominated in the recent MND process.

 They were:

• Gary Masters – existing MND
  
• John S Price – existing MND
• Catherine (Cath) Goy
• Andrew Archer

Following a selection panel the following two members have been selected as MNDs for the terms following their names:

•  Catherine (Cath) Goy – 5 years
•  Gary Masters  – 6 years

 Both appointments take effect as from the 1^st July 2023

The Trustee Directors wish to thank John Price for his work on the Board as an MND from the inception of the Uniper Group of the ESPS and wish him well going forward. They also welcome Cath Goy to the Board.

The Trustee Directors also wish to thank all the other members who were unsuccessful this time around.

Please note there will be a further MND selection round in May/June 2024 as Jas Sandhu reaches the end of his first 6 year term as an MND.
